Meet the San Francisco Team Behind Bradford Remodeling Co San Francisco
Bradford Remodeling Co San Francisco runs on a simple idea: the people who show up at your door should be the people you can hold accountable. No rotating subcontractors you’ve never met, no mystery crews. Curtis Lane has built a San Francisco team where everyone carries the same weight, from the first site walk to the final walkthrough. These are the folks who’ll measure your kitchen, frame your walls, and make sure the job closes the way it started: clean, documented, and squared away.

Our People

Curtis Lane, Owner
Curtis has been running Bradford Remodeling Co San Francisco since the location joined the Garrison Partners family, and he’s the first person on site for every estimate. He came up through the trades, which means he can talk rough-in plumbing with a plumber and cabinet face frames with a millworker, then turn around and explain both to a homeowner in plain English. His pet peeve is a job site left messy at the end of the day. His rule is that no wall comes down until the written price is in the homeowner’s hand and the scope is agreed. When he’s not on a ladder or a job walk, he’s usually walking the city looking at old Victorians, muttering about what previous remodelers got away with.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has spent 14 years in residential construction, the last several with Bradford running the day-to-day on kitchen and whole-home remodels across San Francisco. He’s the guy who opens up a wall and tells you what’s actually behind it before anyone swings a hammer. Marcus is certified in lead-safe work practices and handles most of the structural framing on Bradford’s larger projects. He’s got a habit of checking his own work twice, which is why you’ll often find him on site after the crew has packed up, walking a room with a flashlight and a level. Ask him about the Noe Valley job where a load-bearing wall turned out to be two walls pretending to be one. He’ll tell the story with the dry patience of a man who’s seen it all.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena specializes in cabinetry, trim, and finish work, and she’s the reason Bradford’s kitchens come out looking like the renderings. She installs KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinet lines to manufacturer spec, and she’s the first to flag a substrate issue before it becomes a callback. Elena has a background in fine woodworking, which shows in her miter joints and her refusal to let a reveal be off by a sixteenth. She loves a good before-and-after, and she keeps a photo of every kitchen she’s finished in San Francisco on her phone, sorted by neighborhood. Her dog, a rescue mutt named Biscuit, has never once been to a job site, but every client hears about him by day two.
Sam D., Service Coordinator and Apprentice
Sam is the voice you’ll hear when you call Bradford Remodeling Co San Francisco, and he’s also the guy who makes sure the schedule holds. He handles permit paperwork, material deliveries, and the daily call list, and he’s working through his general contractor licensing requirements under Curtis and Marcus. Sam is the reason your Kohler fixtures show up before the plumber does, and the reason the dumpster arrives on the right day. Off the clock, he plays rec-league softball in Golden Gate Park and claims he once hit a ball onto Fulton Street. Nobody can confirm it.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Bradford location operates under The Garrison Standard, the operating framework that’s been in place since 2004. For the San Francisco crew, that means three things on every job: a written price before any work starts, a documented scope, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise that puts every repair and remodel under a full-year written guarantee. If something fails inside that window, the team comes back and corrects it at no charge. No arguments, no bill.
The Garrison Code is the day-to-day version of that standard. Background-checked, uniformed technicians show up on time and introduce themselves before they touch anything. The job site gets cleaned at the end of every day, not just at the end of the project. Premium materials such as Cambria, Caesarstone, James Hardie, and Therma-Tru are specified in writing, so there’s no bait-and-switch on what goes into your home. That’s what “squared away” means when the job closes: a clean site, a documented scope that matches the finished work, and a signed written guarantee in your hand before the final invoice is paid.
If you’re planning a kitchen remodel or a whole-home project in San Francisco, call Bradford at (831) 610-5598 and ask for Curtis or Sam. You’ll get a straight answer and a written price before anyone picks up a tool.
